Frequently Asked Questions

We are open on THURSDAYS. Online sign ups start at 7:00 AM through 3:00 PM. In person sign up starts at 10:00 AM. Distribution starts around 12:30 PM to 3:45 PM.

When you first signed up in person, you were given an ID card. Login using your last name and case number, everything has to match exactly as displayed on the ID. If you are a new recipient, you must first visit us in person so we can issue you a case number and ID card.

You will first need to get a ticket number either online or in person. Distribution starts around 12:30 PM but it can start sooner. To minimize your wait time, you can monitor the number that is currently being served at home. Do not arrive too early due to seating limitations.

You must bring your ID card that was issued to you. Also bring your ticket number either printed or shown from your phone.

Yes, but you must have prior approval on file and have the ID card(s) when you arrive for pick up. Please see a staff member to get the process started.

Make sure you are entering the last name exactly as shown on the ID card.
Make sure the case number is entered exactly as shown on the ID card, including the letter "C".
If you were able to login but received a message that your account has been disabled, you must come in person to enable the account. You can contact us online or visit us in person for assistance.

If you were issued a ticket number but failed to pick up your groceries, you will receive a warning. If you do that two times, your account will be disabled. You will need to come in person for a staff member to reactivate your account.
We understand life happens and sometimes you are unable to come pick up your groceries. Please cancel your ticket number prior to your number being called and it will not count against you.
